Perfect Match Rate Cards - Best Practices

How to use our Perfect Match Rate Cards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Our Recommended Workflow:

When you get the next “your rate cards are ready” email from your analyst, click on the Pricing link to view your latest rates.
BEFORE you start making any rate edits, do the following:
Switch to Detailed view.
Scan the programming listed. Take note of any programs that are missing. Also, note any programs that you do not want to see on the rate card.
Fill out this form with those lists of missing or unnecessary programs. Please also indicate what rates you’d like to see on those missing programs.
Sit tight…Your analyst will make those edits within a couple of hours and let you know when the corrections have been made.
Then you can edit rates. Don’t forget to Publish your Rates, as this tells your fellow station users that the rates have been approved by you. This will also create rate files for WOMS and/or Strata.

Coming soon we’ll give you the power to add shows on your own, as well as set minimums that won’t be overridden by the next rate card. Until then, if you require a minimum rate or want to lock in a particular rate, please email your analyst with those requests. It is our goal for you to give us enough feedback that future rate cards require fewer edits, allowing you to confidently update your rates every single week with little extra work or time.
