Can I bulk-transfer data using Zapier?
This is not what Zapier was built for. Zapier is an in-the-moment transactional type of service. Think of using Zapier to keep two or more systems up to date instead of bulk moving data.
Why can't I create Accounts?
The quick answer is, requesting accounts is a complex experience. Creating Accounts requires an AE to own the account on at least one station, select an NRL value and support the wide range of configurable requirements to meet a manager's needs. Our approach here was to let users create leads, which have no requirements other than a name, and then request those leads as accounts when the time is right, in the system that was designed to handle all the complexities of an account.
Why can't we use Zapier for billing data?
Billing and Financials are incredibly complex to support the vast range of our customer's needs. We wanted to focus our Zapier efforts on keeping Companies, Contacts, and Activities in sync to reduce duplicate data and duplicate work. We support a wide range of use cases and reporting capabilities via the ShareBuilder CRM API.
Can ShareBuilder CRM be both the Trigger and the Action in a Zap?
Yes! This is actually a really interesting capability we can offer now to help keep CRM Market Databases in sync. For example, If a new Lead was created in Market 1, and you wanted that in your two other Markets, this is possible using Zapier.
