Why is my Citrix screen gray?

When logging into the ShareBuilder desktop, some may occassionally experience a blank, gray screen.

Clients experience this issue when they are running an older version of the Citrix Receiver. There are 2 solutions:

  1. Download the newest version of the Citrix Workspace app. Citrix Workspace provides all the capabilities of Citrix Receiver, as well as new proficiencies. You can find the download here:  Citrix Workspace Download
  2. The quick fix to this issue is to maximize the Citrix session window.
