How to Utilize the Action Button

What is the Action Button?

The Action Button is a centralized menu that replaces the previous Download button, giving you quick access to key actions in the Pricing application. With the Action Button, you can: ➕ Add a Show ➕ Add a Custom Column ➕ Add a Rate Minimum 📥 Export to Excel 📥 Download JSON

Why Was This Updated?

Previously, users had to navigate different areas of the application for common tasks like adding a show or exporting data. The Action Button simplifies this by bringing everything into one place, improving efficiency and ease of use.

How to Use the Action Button

1️⃣ Locate the Action Button – You’ll find it in the toolbar where the old Download button used to be.

2️⃣ Click the Action Button – A drop down menu will appear with the following options:

• Add a Show – Quickly create a new show entry.
• Add a Custom Column – Insert and configure custom columns for reporting.
• Add Rate Minimum – Set a new rate minimum for specific weeks.
• Export to Excel – Download your data for further analysis.
• Download JSON – Export data in JSON format for API use.
  
  

3️⃣ Select an Option – Click on the desired action, follow the prompts, and confirm your changes.
