      What is my user name and password to log into ShareBuilder?

      To log into ShareBuilder, you must have a valid username and password.

      Username: First.Last

      A client's user name will always be the Firstname.Lastname that we have on file for them. 

      Password: a user's password will be unique to them and will satisfy these requirements:

      • At least 7 characters long

      • Contains a mix of UPPERCASE and lowercase letters

      • Contains at least one number
