Why does it say Published Resource is not available?

When you click on the "ShareBuilder Desktop" icon to launch the program, a call goes out to Citrix. If Citrix doesn't answer (which can happen sometimes) you will get this error message.

3 different remedies for this situation:

  1. Wait 10-20 seconds. Click the SB Desktop icon again to reattempt the launch. 
  2. Hard refresh your browser window. Click the SB Desktop icon again to reattempt the launch. 
  3. Use the top right of your screen to log out and back in. Click the SB Desktop icon again to reattempt the launch. 

Multiple attempts may be needed to launch successfully.
