For each discrepancy, you have three options:
Option 1: Transfer the Account to the Owner of the Order in Traffic
- This option reassigns the account in ShareBuilder CRM to match the owner specified in the traffic system.
Option 2: Email Traffic Manager to Request a Transfer
- Choose this if you prefer to keep the current account owner in ShareBuilder CRM.
- An email template will be generated to request the traffic manager to transfer the order to the current account owner in ShareBuilder CRM.
Option 3: Assign the Specific Order to the Owner in Traffic
- This assigns the particular order to the owner specified in the traffic system while retaining the original account owner in ShareBuilder CRM.
- ShareBuilder CRM will create a duplicate account named after the account and the assigned AE (e.g., "Acme Tires (Bob Jones)").
- The order will be associated with this new account under the specified AE's list.
-
By following these steps, you can effectively manage and resolve list discrepancies, ensuring consistency between ShareBuilder CRM and your traffic system.
