How To Resolve List Discrepancies

Resolve List Discrepancies by selecting the Red Alert on your Home Page in the Next Steps area. Once you click there, you will be taken to a list of discrepancies. There you will find 3 options: 

  1. Transfer the Account to the owner of the order in Traffic.

  2. Email Traffic manager to request a transfer of the order from the person who put in the order to the Account Owner in ShareBuilder CRM.

  3. Assign this specific order to the owner of the Order and leave the original account assigned to the Owner in ShareBuilder CRM.  When you choose Option 3, ShareBuilder CRM will create a duplicate account with the name of the AE assigned to the order in Traffic (e.g., Acme Tires (Bob Jones - and the order will be assigned to the new account on Bob Jones' list).
