Is Citrix already installed on my computer?

You cannot log into the ShareBuilder desktop without having Citrix downloaded to your computer.

To check and see if this software is already installed, you can search your computer with the search bar (magnifying glass), next to the Windows button, found on the far left of your taskbar. 

If you have an updated version of Citrix Receiver or the Citrix Workspace App (recommended), you will be able to run the ShareBuilder Desktop by logging in here: ShareBuilders
