Activity Timeline

The Activity Timeline is there to streamline your data and make your day more efficient.

We have found that Activities are one of the most used tools of CRM. We have introduced the Activity Timeline in order to streamline your data.

The Activity Timeline will allow you a quick glance at your upcoming activity for today, what's upcoming, and what has already occurred. You will find this tool when you drill into the Quick View for an account. Rather than use the tabs to see your current activities, you can simply scroll down the page and see the Activity Timeline.

You can click on each activity to dive further into the pages you are already familiar with. When you first see the Activity Timeline, only the items in "Today" will be expanded. But, with a simple click of the arrow in each section, you can expand to see even more data.
