vCreative is a production workflow software designed for media companies to streamline the management of creative content from inception to on-air. ShareBuilder CRM now supports an integration with vCreative, allowing users to bring their production data into ShareBuilder CRM. This ensures all account-related information, including production details, is easily accessible in one place.

How 

Enable VCreative Integration

To enable the vCreative integration, follow these steps:

1. Contact ShareBuilder CRM’s Customer Success team via chat or email at helpdesk@share-builders.com to express your interest.

2. Our team will coordinate with vCreative to set up the integration and inform you of any next steps.

Currently, ShareBuilder CRM supports the following vCreative data points:

• Description

• Status

• Spot Assignees

• Business Units

• Due Date

• Start & End Dates

• Order Number

• Coop Details

• Rotation

• ISCI Code

• Length

• Audio Files

Viewing your ShareBuilder CRM Companies in vCreative:

Listed below are the steps that you will need to do in vCreative when submitting a new production order:

1. Log in to vCreative.

2. Click on the Client Name dropdown.

3. You can start typing the name of the Account. You will notice your ShareBuilder CRM Accounts in the list.

4. Choose the Account.
