Product Categories
What
The Product Categories section in Sales Analysis shows all the product categories imported from your traffic system. Each category is tied to its relevant accounts, making it easy to see performance data like billing, gains and losses, and life cycle metrics in one place.
Why
Tracking product category performance helps your team:
- Spot top-performing offerings and underperformers.
- Identify seasonal trends and business growth opportunities.
- Understand which account executives (AEs) are strongest by category.
- Compare results across business units or over time.
- Make data-driven decisions about what to promote, optimize, or sunset.
