Accounts Receivable

What

The Accounts Receivable section under Sales Analysis shows a detailed overview of all outstanding invoices and payments that have been reported. This information is pulled directly from your traffic system, giving you a real-time look at customer balances and payment statuses.

Why

Staying on top of accounts receivable is critical for tracking cash flow and ensuring timely payments. This tool provides Sellers with daily visibility into which invoices have been paid and which are still outstanding and allows for quick access to contact information and invoice details.

How

1. Navigate to Sales Analysis > Accounts Receivable
  • You'll see a list of receivables—both paid and unpaid—that are synced daily from the traffic system.

2. Use All Filters

    • Use the filters to narrow the view by:

3. Access Account and Invoice Details to make any updates
    • Click an account name to view the full account profile.
    • Click a dollar amount to drill into the specific invoice. You'll see:
      • Invoice number
      • Credits
      • Full transaction details

Accounts Receivable data is refreshed daily!
