How to send our team a screenshot on from your mobile device.

A picture is worth a thousand words, and sometimes the only way to show our support team a problem you may be having with ShareBuilder CRM on your mobile device. Following the instructions below you will be able to take a screenshot of your issue, and send it through ShareBuilder CRM chat to our team.

Sending screenshots to ShareBuilder CRM Support

Step 1: Select the ShareBuilder CRM chat icon in the bottom right of your screen. This is the same place you ask for help or learn about new features in ShareBuilder CRM. 

Step 2: Once opened, you will have a paperclip at the bottom right of your screen. This is where you can choose to upload a photo, take a picture or browse your devices files.

Step 3: Select Photo Library to locate your screenshot. In most cases this is the first picture in the list of photos. Once selected, your image will automatically be sent to our team.
