We're thrilled to invite you to help beta test ShareBuilder CRM's new Data Enrichment features. This early access gives you a first look at new tools that are designed to help streamline your sales workflow and give you an edge in every conversation. During the beta, you’ll be able to:
Easily add new companies to CRM with over 150 data points.
Discover the right contacts at a new company & how to reach them.
Automatically enrich newly created contacts with verified contact data, work history, education and more.
Unlock insights including personas, pain points, communication tips, and ready-to-send emails.
As a seller, time is your most valuable asset. With Data Enrichment, you spend less time hunting for information and more time building relationships. Here’s how it helps:
Instant context: Get company descriptions, size, products, branding, and contact lists.
Better contacts: Access phone numbers, emails, social profiles, job titles, and bios automatically, without any research.
Know how to connect: Use Contact Insights to understand a contact’s communication style, pain points, and get a recommended first-email draft.
Keep clean data: Enrichment tools reduce manual entry errors and identify duplicates or outdated records.
During this beta, you will have early access to the new Add Company workflow. This is the foundation for a broader redesign that will eventually replace existing ways of adding leads, accounts, and agencies.
After logging into ShareBuilder CRM, select the blue "Add" button in the top right of your screen and select "Company".
Enter a company name, domain, or type of business.
Pick the best match from the suggested companies, or enter a company not found in the suggestions.
A quick check for any existing possible duplicate companies with the same or similar names.
The Assistant quickly gets to work, doing research on your new company, then shows you a preview of what it found.
You will be asked to choose a type of company you wish to add, and then provide any remaining details.
The Assistant will provide you with a preview of up to 10 recommended contacts. You are able to select up to 5 contacts to add.
Confirm, and you’re ready to sell.
Company enrichment data can be found on the "Details" tab on Leads, Accounts, and Agencies.
Contact enrichment appears on the newly improved Contact Detail page.
