Accessing the Companies Section:
Navigate to the Companies tab in the left-hand navigation bar of ShareBuilder CRM and select All Companies.

Leads
Definition: Leads represent potential sales opportunities - individuals or businesses - that have shown interest in your services but have not yet been fully qualified as an account.
Key Characteristics:
Leads can be requested by any Seller, encouraging proactive sales outreach.
They are often generated through marketing efforts or prospecting.
ShareBuilder CRM allows integration with lead management tools like HubSpot to ensure seamless tracking.
Accounts: Represent both current and prospective customers that require active engagement and cultivation.
Definition: Accounts are fully qualified customers that have entered the sales pipeline and represent active or past business relationships.

Accounts are assigned to specific Sellers to maintain structured client relationships.

How do I convert a Lead to an Account:
Go to the Leads module and find the Lead you want to convert.
Click on the Lead's name to open its profile.
Click Request this Company and fill out the required fields.
Once submitted, the Lead becomes an Account and is added to your list.
Note: This request will appear on your manager's dashboard for approval before the conversion is finalized.
