Publish Rates is the step where a designated user clicks the Publish Rates button after edits are complete. Publishing creates a visible Published stamp showing who published and when, so everyone knows the rates are finalized.

Enables proposal-system exports: publishing is required before you (or others) can download the WOMS or Strata files.

Sales Principle: Publishing is a commitment. When the “final” rate is visible and shared, sellers stop negotiating with uncertainty and start selling with confidence.
Consultant Call: Request the rate card quarter(s) on your regularly scheduled ShareBuilder call.
Analyst Review: Your analyst reviews, prices, exports, and emails you when the quarter(s) are ready to view online.
Rate Editing: Your designated rate editor makes any necessary changes. (Best practice: one editor + one backup to avoid conflicting edits.)
Publish Rates: Once edits are complete, your designated publisher clicks Publish Rates.
A Published stamp appears showing who published and when.
Publishing enables downloads for WOMS and Strata (if applicable).
If another person handles WOMS downloads, they can download using the Download button after you publish.
