Exporting lets you download the rate card you’re currently viewing (based on your selected Time Period and Rate Card) using the Actions menu. You’ll see different export options depending on your station’s integrations.
Makes it easy to share rates outside of Pricing (internal review, files, backups).
Supports proposal-system workflows by generating the right file type for WOMS and/or Strata.
Reduces manual re-entry and keeps what sellers see in their proposal system aligned with what you approved in Pricing.
In Rate Cards, select the correct Time Period and Rate Card you want to export.
Open the Actions menu.
Choose the export option you need:
Excel (available to everyone)
WOMS XML (available if you have a WOMS integration)
Strata XML (available if you have a Strata integration)
The first time you download from Pricing, your browser may show a security warning. Choose Keep or Allow so the file can download to your device. After you allow it once, you typically won’t be prompted again.
