The Forecasting Table is a grid view of your station’s forecast that allows you to review forecast values and make updates directly in Pricing. Forecast edits made in the web app can sync with ShareBuilder Desktop (so your team can work from the same numbers).
Keeps your forecast visible and easy to update without hunting through multiple tools.
Helps leaders and sellers align on targets and gaps early, not at the end of the month.
Supports accountability: when the forecast is updated consistently, it’s easier to coach the behaviors that move it.

In the left-hand navigation, open Forecasting.
Select Forecasting Table.

Use Time Period to select the month or quarter you want to review.
Use Revenue Type to filter to the revenue categories you want included.
Viewing Smart Forecast to view a machine-learning model that predicts revenue with high precision. Each model is trained on its specific station and operating landscape, producing finely tuned, station-specific forecasts.
Click into the forecast cell you want to update.
Enter the new value.
Save/confirm the change (based on your station’s permissions and workflow).
Forecast updates made in Pricing can sync with ShareBuilder Desktop.
If you don’t see an update reflected, confirm data refresh timing and that you’re viewing the same period and revenue type in both places.
