A Rate Card is your station’s weekly pricing grid (by show) for a selected quarter/time period. It’s the main place to view, adjust, and export rates. It’s the default landing page when you log into Pricing.
At the top of the Rate Card, you’ll use dropdowns to switch between:
Time period
Rate card type
View (how much detail you want to see)
Weeks within the selected quarter
If you don’t see the rate cards you need (or you want additional types), reach out to your station’s Consultant or Analyst.
Keeps pricing decisions consistent week to week, so sellers aren’t guessing (or reinventing pricing in the field).
Makes it easy to spot where rates should hold, flex, or be updated—then export the final output for your proposal system.
Supports better coaching and accountability: everyone can work from the same “source of truth” rate view.
Log into Pricing and open Rate Cards (this is the default home page).
Use the dropdowns at the top to choose your time period, rate card type, View, and week range.
Confirm you’re looking at the right quarter before making edits.

When you edit a rate, a dark blue triangle appears in the top-left corner of the edited cell.

Important notes about edits:
Weekly rate edits auto-save and will hold at the new rate until new rate cards are exported.
When you download/export a rate card, your edits will be included in the exported file.
If you use Custom Rate columns, those rates can be edited and will hold week to week within the quarter they’re established in.
If you use a Submit Rate column, those rates can be edited as well.
ShareBuilder maintains a detailed price plan for each quarter using your station’s current and historical inventory data. If you request rate cards for a future quarter and ShareBuilder doesn’t have a current inventory report for that quarter, historical data may be used to create a rubric—and you may see (PP) in front of show names.
If there’s no inventory report for that quarter:
Sellout-based color coding won’t be available (no live data to drive it).
A rate may populate in every week for a show—even if it isn’t actually airing—because there’s no live data to determine airing weeks.
All: Displays traffic data alongside either WOMS or Strata data (if you use both, you’ll choose which one to view).
Detailed: Focuses only on your proposal system shows. This is most useful for stations that upload rate cards into WOMS.
Compact: Standard rate card view without proposal data.
