Rate Details is a pop-out view you can open from any rate cell on the Rate Card. It gives you quick context on that show/week’s inventory and rate history, and it lets you make edits without leaving the Rate Card workflow.
Helps you price with context, not guesswork—so changes are tied to what’s actually happening in inventory.
Makes it easier to spot “red flag” situations (like oversold programs) before they create downstream problems.
Adds accountability and clarity by showing rate edit/publish history—so teams can align on what changed and when.
Sales Principle: Confidence comes from clarity. When sellers can see the “why” behind a rate, they defend it better and discount less.
In Rate Cards, navigate to a show/week rate cell.
Click the rate cell and choose View Details to open the pop-out panel.

In the Rate Details pop-out, you can:
Navigate flexibly: Move between shows and weeks (or grouped weeks) without backing out of the Rate Card view.

Confirm spot length: If your rate card includes multiple spot lengths, the spot length appears next to the show name so you always know what you’re reviewing.
Edit rates from the pop-out: Make rate adjustments directly in the Rate Details view for faster workflow.
Review inventory at a glance: See key rollups like AUR, sold count, sellout rate, total revenue, and the original recommended rate.

Watch for sellout alerts: If a program is oversold, sold and sellout sections turn red to draw attention immediately.

Go deeper when needed: Review more detailed inventory data (including priority-level detail) to support more precise decisions.

Check rate history: See edit and publish history so you understand what’s changed and can spot trends over time.
