Logging Into Pricing

Visit our website: ShareBuilders

1. Click the Login button located on the top right of your screen.
   

   

2. Select Pricing from the login page.

When first navigating to ShareBuilder Pricing on the web, this login prompt is what you will see. Please enter the correct email address and password where prompted. 

Logging in for the First Time

There are 2 ways to log into Pricing for the first time:

1. Using your Welcome Password to log in. 

2. Using the Forgot My Password link.

1. Welcome Password

ShareBuilder has a unique welcome password for your Web account! A ShareBuilder employee can provide you unique welcome password to you, please just reach out via the chat bubble on the website or in the app. 

• Enter your email.

If you enter an email address that we do not have on file for you, there will be an error message. If that is the email you would like to be on file for you, please reach out to us via the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen.

• Enter the welcome password. 

ShareBuilder Pricing will recognize that you entered a one-time welcome password and prompt you to reset it. 

• Re-enter the welcome password into 'Password'.

• Create a new password and confirm it. 

  • Our suggestions for password criteria are: be at least 7 characters long, contain a mix of UPPERCASE and lowercase letters, and contain at least one number.

Please be aware that some browsers, especially Chrome, may try to autofill your Citrix password for you during log-in. This will cause an incorrect password error. 

 2. Forgot My Password

• Click 'Forgot My Password'

• Please enter your email address so we can send you a 6-digit verification code. 
  

  

If you enter an email address that we do not have on file for you, there will be an error message. If that is the email you would like to be on file for you, please contact us via the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen.

Here is what the email will look like:

• Once you’ve successfully entered your 6-digit code, click continue.
  

  

• From here, you will enter and confirm your new password. Our suggestions for password criteria are: be at least 7 characters long, contain a mix of UPPERCASE and lowercase letters, and contain at least one number. Those are just suggestions. 

After hitting continue, you will be prompted to log in with your email and new password. Once logged in, can view the station(s) that you have permissions to.
