To log into ShareBuilder Pricing, open the web login, choose Pricing, and sign in with your email and password. For first-time access, use the Welcome Password provided by ShareBuilder, your existing CRM password (if you are a dual client), or follow the Forgot My Password process to set a new password.
Gets you into Pricing so you can view the station(s) you have access to.
Helps you self-resolve the two most common blockers: first-time access and password resets.
Avoids a frequent issue where your browser autofills the wrong password (often a Citrix password), causing an “incorrect password” error.
Go to the ShareBuilders website and click Login (top right).
On the login page, select Pricing.
Enter your email address and password.


Enter your email. If you get an error because the email isn’t on file, use the site/app chat bubble to contact ShareBuilder to update it.
Enter your one-time Welcome Password (provided by a ShareBuilder employee via chat).
When prompted, reset your password by re-entering the welcome password, then creating and confirming a new password.
Suggested criteria: 7+ characters, mix of UPPER/lowercase, and at least one number.
Tip (Chrome): If you see “incorrect password,” check whether Chrome auto filled a different password (commonly Citrix). Clear it and type your correct password.
Click Forgot My Password.
Enter your email to receive a 6-digit verification code.
If the email isn’t recognized, contact ShareBuilder using the chat bubble to update the email on file.
Enter the 6-digit code, click Continue, then set and confirm your new password.
Log in with your email + new password to access the stations you have permissions to.
