Perfect Match Rate Cards integrates WideOrbit (WO) and Strata directly into the Rate Card experience so you’re not juggling multiple workspaces or inputs. The goal is simpler workflows, fewer mismatches, and smoother collaboration between pricing and sales.
Perfect Match Rate Cards is a feature that allows a single rate card workflow to support proposal systems (WOMS and/or Strata) alongside your traffic data—so you can apply and manage rate recommendations across platforms without maintaining separate processes.
All: Shows traffic data plus either WOMS or Strata data (if you use both, you choose which proposal system to view).
Detailed: Focuses only on your proposal system shows.
Compact: Standard rate card view without proposal data.
Perfect Match Rate Cards reduces the operational friction that slows down pricing decisions and creates “which version is right?” debates.
Less complexity: One workflow instead of bouncing between multiple systems and sources.
Cleaner alignment: Background matching keeps proposal systems in sync, reducing avoidable mismatches.
Faster execution: When pricing is easier to apply and publish, sellers get approved rates sooner.
Sales Principle: Consistency creates confidence. The best pricing teams don’t win by arguing exceptions—they win by making the “right” rate easy to use, easy to coach, and hard to misinterpret.
When you receive the “Your rate cards are ready” email from your analyst, click the Pricing link to open your latest rates.
Before making any edits:
Switch to Detailed view.
Scan the programming listed:
Identify any missing programs
Identify any programs you do not want shown on the rate card
Use the Actions Menu to create any missing programming you want included.
Edit rates as needed. Then publish your rates—this signals to other station users that rates are approved and also creates rate files for WOMS and/or Strata.
Coaching Note: Publish is more than a button—it’s a commitment. When pricing is “approved and visible,” leaders can coach from the same baseline and sellers can execute without second-guessing.
If you find a mismatched or unnecessary show, reach out to the analysts. They can help unmatch it (for example, if an advanced breakout was canceled or a breakdown doesn’t fit your station’s needs).
No—you don’t need separate rate cards for recommended rates. Matching is handled in the background to keep proposal systems aligned.
Important: If you edit priority rates, you’ll need to edit them on WOMS programming and Strata programming individually.
If you’re editing strictly from Detailed view, your edits are attached to the proposal system data you’re viewing.
Excel exports match the mode you’re viewing. If you want an Excel rate card that mirrors what you see in WOMS, select Detailed view and click Export.
To view show names for the Strata proposal system:
Click the Settings (gear) icon on the Rate Card page.
Under Proposal System, select Strata.
