It is important to note that as a third party, Sharebuilder does not have access to Wide Orbit to pull reports for the client. We only receive instructions from Wide Orbit on how to do so.
Go to Inventory Report and create a new report.
Select the Station, click New, name and describe the report, and check Global.
Set Start Date to the first Monday of the current broadcast quarter and enter 13 weeks.
Under Sold Units, check Count Displaced Units as Sold and Roll Down Displaced Parents (if available); leave others unchecked.
Leave Rates blank.
Select CM or CM-All under Break Codes.
Under Inventory Codes, select relevant Child/Parent codes, avoiding broad rotators/dayparts.
Go to Spot Options.
Ignore Spot Rates and Spot Lengths unless instructed otherwise.
Ensure these boxes are checked:
- All Revenue Codes (1), (2), (3)
- All Order Types
If directed, include/exclude specific Priority Codes in Spot Options.
Ensure these boxes are checked:
- All Sales Regions
- All Sales Offices
Click Run.
In the Summary screen:
- Select Summary Option
- Check Include Child Codes
- Leave Non-Sellable and Expired Inventory Codes unchecked
Under Display:
- Select Totals and all spot lengths sold (except 5s and Eq spots)
- Typical:
TV – :30s, :15s, :10s
Radio – 1:00s, :30s, :15s, :10s
- Deselect rotators, sponsorships, billboards, and paid codes if not needed
Under Report Detail, check:
- Placed Unit Rates
- Sold Unit Priorities
- Include Zero Value Units
Click Save at the top to reuse the template.
Right-click the report, choose Save to File, then select Excel.
