You can now manage rate rounding rules directly in the Pricing web app. No need to log in to Citrix or request help from your ShareBuilder Analyst.
Rate rounding allows you to define how rates are rounded across your station’s rate cards and custom rate columns (also known as Priority Rates). Once rounding rules are applied, both the original Recommended Rate and the final Rate Card value (after rounding) are tracked for full transparency.
Navigate to Settings
From the sidebar navigation menu, click Settings.
Open Rate Rounding Rules
On the Settings page, select Rate Rounding Rules.
You’ll see existing rounding rule sets and can also create a new one.
View an Existing Rule Set
Click a rule set to view all rounding rules and see which stations and rate cards it’s applied to.
Edit Ranges and Rules
Select a row within a rule set to update its rate range or rounding rule.
All changes will immediately update the rate rounding for both the Rate Card and Priority Rate columns.
Add a New Range
Use the Actions menu to add a new range to your rule set.
Rule Set Options
From the options menu, you can:
Enable or disable a rounding rule set
Delete a rule set
Duplicate a rule set to quickly create a new template
