Settings in Pricing is where you manage Rate Rounding Rules directly in the web app (no Citrix, no analyst request needed). Rate rounding defines how rates are rounded across your station’s rate cards and custom rate columns (also called Priority Rates).
When rounding is applied, Pricing tracks both:
the original Recommended Rate, and
the final Rate Card value after rounding (so you can see exactly what changed).
Keeps rates consistent and presentation-ready across rate cards and priority/custom columns.
Saves time by letting your team manage rounding rules without waiting on an analyst or jumping into Citrix.
Improves transparency: you can compare the recommended value vs the rounded value, which supports internal alignment and seller confidence.
In the left-hand navigation, click Settings.
Select Rate Rounding Rules.
Review your existing rounding rule sets or create a new one.
View an existing rule set: Click a rule set to see all rules and where it’s applied (stations and rate cards).
Edit ranges and rules: Select a row in the rule set to update its rate range or rounding rule. Changes take effect immediately for both Rate Card and Priority Rate columns.
Add a new range: Use the Actions menu to add a new range to the rule set.
Rule set options: From the options menu, you can enable/disable, delete, or duplicate a rule set to use as a starting template.
