Why don’t I see data for some companies?
Enrichment depends on the company’s web presence. No website or a broken site = minimal enrichment.
Why are old employees still showing as contacts?
Enrichment doesn’t always know when someone leaves. Outdated contacts may appear, but will improve with re-enrichment.
Why does enrichment take longer sometimes?
Company enrichment can take up to 15 seconds. We’re adding animations to make this clearer.
Can I export enrichment data?
During beta, only a limited amount is available in exports, reports, or the API.
Does ShareBuilders share my edits?
No. If you correct or add data (like a phone number), it remains private to your organization.
Where does enrichment data come from?
A guarded “secret recipe” of proprietary systems and partners. We never disclose data sources.

How can I get better results?
Use official company websites when possible.
Always provide at least one strong identifier for contacts (email > phone > name).
Carefully review duplicates before confirming.
