Data Enrichment (or “DE”) is a capability of the ShareBuilder Assistant that automatically enhances the companies and contacts in your CRM with additional details.
Instead of manually researching or typing information, DE helps you add companies with over 150+ data points and find related contacts with ways to connect — all inside your workflow.
During beta, DE is available only to subscribed customers and is limited in editing and exporting capabilities.

Note: The quality of enrichment depends on the company’s web presence. Limited or broken websites may result in limited or no enrichment data.
How does Data Enrichment show up in CRM?
Add Company Workflow: Enrichment powers the new global Add Company process, adding websites, domains, and suggested contacts.
Add Contact Workflow: The Assistant fills in missing data when you provide at least one identifier (name, email, or phone).
Details Pages: Company and Contact pages now include enrichment tabs and fields.
