ShareBuilder CRM provides two transfer options for managers:
Transferring Individual Accounts: Allows managers to move one or multiple accounts based on specific criteria such as account category, billing status, or active/inactive status. This option is flexible for partial reassignments.
Transferring an Entire Seller List: Moves all accounts from one seller to another, ensuring continuity when staffing changes or territory adjustments occur.
Both methods keep account ownership accurate, preventing confusion and ensuring sellers focus on the right accounts.
Account transfers are an essential tool for managers because they:
Maintain Market Balance: Ensure accounts are distributed fairly across sellers, avoiding overload or duplication.
Support Staffing Changes: Quickly reassign accounts when a seller leaves, changes roles, or shifts focus.
Preserve Relationships: Keep clients engaged by ensuring someone is always accountable for their account.
Reinforce Strategic Focus: Enable managers to align account assignments with Strategic Account Management (SAM) principles, ensuring high-value accounts are in the right hands.
Ultimately, account transfers support coaching, reduce administrative bottlenecks, and help managers maintain a clean and efficient sales structure.
