What
Next Step Alerts are prompts inside ShareBuilder CRM that help you stay on top of your accounts and Opportunities. They are automatically generated when something in your data needs attention — like a stalled deal, an outdated account status, or a category that needs to be updated.
On your Seller Dashboard, under the General Info tab, in a section labeled “Next Steps”, you’ll see these alerts:
Opportunity Reminders – Your Opportunity is stale (4+ days without an update or past its close week)
Account Category Exceptions – The account is billing (or no longer billing), but the assigned category hasn’t been updated (like "Key" or "Target")
Account Request Status – You’ve submitted a new account or challenged one, and it's awaiting manager review
Unknown Contacts - Email senders or recipients that don’t yet exist as a saved contact in your CRM, allowing you to review and either convert them into known contacts or ignore them if they're not relevant.
