The Audit page is a centralized view inside your Seller Dashboard that tracks all major changes to your accounts so you can stop guessing who changed what and when.
Instead of hunting through email chains or relying on others to confirm changes, the Audit page gives you a sortable, filterable log of key account activity, including:
Merge – accounts that were combined
Account Transfer – accounts moved between sellers or teams
Rename – accounts that were renamed
Card / Carding Sign-Off – carding-related changes and approvals
Linking – accounts linked together
Account Category – when a Key, Secondary, or Extra label changes
Account or Advertiser Delete – when items are removed
You can also filter activity by Company, Business Unit, or Date Range for deeper review.
At ShareBuilders, we believe sellers should have full visibility into what’s happening with their accounts without needing to ask around or piece it together manually.
The Audit page supports that by giving you:
Clarity – instantly see what changed, when, and why
Confidence – confirm changes were made correctly (or catch mistakes early)
Efficiency – troubleshoot faster and reduce back-and-forth
Account Accuracy – catch category or ownership errors before they affect billing or reporting
Whether you're verifying a transfer, investigating a data discrepancy, or confirming edits after carding, the Audit tab is your go-to source of truth.
How do I best utilize my Audit tab?
Log into CRM and go to the Audit tab in your Seller Dashboard.
Sort by status to review specific types of changes (e.g., Merges, Transfers, Deletes).
Apply filters to narrow results by:
Company Name
Business Unit
Start and End Date
Review the list of account changes - each entry includes who made the change and when it occurred.
