The Activities tab in the Seller Dashboard is a log of every call, meeting, email, note, and follow-up you complete across your accounts.
Each entry helps document progress, support pipeline conversations, and build a clear history of engagement. Activities can be added manually, added automatically through Connected Mailbox or cc’ing assistant@share-builders.com, and can be linked to Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts, or Agencies.
Inside your Seller Dashboard, your upcoming and recent Activities also appear in the General Info tab, so you always have visibility into what’s next.
Here’s why consistent activity tracking matters:
It builds momentum - Small actions, done consistently, create pipeline movement and client trust.
It drives results - Lack of activity almost always leads to missed revenue. Logging touchpoints ensures no opportunity is left idle.
It improves visibility - Managers can coach more effectively when they see what’s happening — and what’s not.
It protects relationships - Activities create shared history and continuity, even through seller or account transitions.
Activity isn’t just busyness, it’s meaningful engagement, tracked for impact and future growth.
How do I best utilize my Activities tab?
Best Practices
Log right after the interaction even quick notes are better than forgetting details later
Link your activity to the correct Contact, Account, or Opportunity
Use clear naming and keywords to keep the record clean and searchable
Use the activity date and follow-up schedule to stay on track
Search, Filter, and Export
Use filters to sort by date range, activity type, account, or user
Export your activity log to Excel or CSV for reporting, coaching, or pipeline reviews
Combine with financial data (from Sales Analysis) for a full picture of account health
