The Sales Funnel in ShareBuilder CRM is a visual, drag-and-drop workspace that helps you track the progress of your Opportunities from early prospecting to closed deals.
Each column represents a stage in the sales process, and each Opportunity carries pending dollars along with a confidence percentage showing how likely it is to convert to booked revenue.
Inside your Seller Dashboard, the Sales Funnel is pre-filtered just for you. Like the rest of your dashboard, it’s designed to eliminate distractions and help you stay focused on your pipeline.
The Sales Funnel gives you a real-time picture of your pending dollars and their likelihood of closing, so you can:
Prioritize your efforts based on where Opportunities are in the pipeline
Spot risks early and take action to prevent deals from stalling
Forecast more accurately by understanding how your pipeline aligns with your budget goals
Stay accountable with visual reminders and status indicators built into each Opportunity card
Default Funnel Stages
Every Opportunity moves through Sales stages set by your manager or ownership group. There can be as many stages as your management decides and they can name them whatever they’d like, but the default CRM Sales Funnel stages are:
Prospecting – Initial contact or early interest
Needs Analysis – Discovery or qualification is underway
Proposal/Negotiation – A formal proposal is in play
Client Order Received – The deal is nearing the finish line
Each stage has a default confidence percentage set by your manager used to weigh the pending dollars in forecasting.
Navigating the Funnel
Drag & Drop Opportunities between stages to update their status and automatically adjust confidence percentages.
Search by account name or keyword.
Filter by stage, confidence percentage, or time period (using the Filter/Month option at the top).
Visual Cues & Alerts
Yellow Line = No activity in 4+ days or missing close week
Red Line = Confidence % doesn't match the stage (according to manager rules)
Last Updated date appears at the bottom of each Opportunity — keep it fresh!
