The General Info tab is the landing page inside your Seller Dashboard which now the default homepage for all Sellers in ShareBuilder CRM.
It provides a high-level snapshot of your business, including Opportunities with pending dollars, financial performance, maintenance alerts, recent Activities, and your Top 10 accounts all in one place and pre-filtered just for you.
This is part of our role-specific redesign: Sellers no longer share the Market Dashboard with managers. Instead, you land directly in a streamlined view built around your workflow, not someone else’s.
At ShareBuilders, we believe our CRM should support how you actually work. Instead of clicking through multiple pages or searching for what matters, the General Info page brings it all to you cleanly, clearly, and contextually.
Here’s what this update means for you:
Eliminate chair swivel: Most seller actions now live inside your dashboard tabs — eliminating the need to bounce between modules.
Instant focus: Everything on this page is automatically filtered to your accounts, your activity, your results.
Smarter check-ins: Your manager can also use this view to prep for 1:1s and give you more meaningful support.
Next Step Alerts
Stay on top of action items. These are system-generated warnings that prompt you to clean up data or take action. Common examples:
Account Category Exceptions – When an account's billing behavior no longer matches its assigned category.
Opportunity Reminders – When an Opportunity goes stale (no activity in 4+ days or past its end week), you’ll be prompted to review and update it.
