The Account Billing Summary is a report under Sales Analysis that provides a snapshot of account-level billing information for a selected time range. It includes totals, detailed financials, and drill-down capabilities, giving managers quick access to key account billing data without navigating away from the page.
For managers, the Account Billing Summary is a powerful tool because it enables:
Revenue Insight: Understand billing activity by account at a glance.
Trend Analysis: Identify growth patterns, seasonal changes, or declines in billing over time.
Account Health Monitoring: Spot newly billed or lost accounts in a given period.
Drill-Down Access: Quickly open account summaries or financial entries without leaving the report.
Custom Workflows: Save, filter, and export views for coaching sessions, station reviews, or portfolio-wide reporting.
The Account Billing Summary gives managers real-time visibility into account-level revenue performance, enabling smarter decisions and more targeted coaching.
Navigate to Sales Analysis > Account Billing Summary.
Use the Billing Start and Billing End filters to define the timeframe.
All accounts billed within the selected timeframe will appear in a list.
Totals are automatically calculated and displayed at the bottom of the page.
Click on an account name to open its Account Summary.
Click on a dollar amount to view linked financial details, such as invoices and entries.
At the top, switch to the Changes view.
Select a date range (e.g., April 2025).
Review accounts that were added or lost during that period.
Apply filters to refine results by start/end dates or dollar differences.
Reset filters at any time to return to the full view.
